i wanted a way to remember new words i encounter while reading, so i built wordgrind an AI powered vocabulary tool to save words, get context, quiz yourself and that become my first attempt at building a successful SaaS, which taught me a lot.

learned my lessons and tried to build something which already worked. I live streamed myself on youtube building a simple tool CSV2PDF to view and convert csv files to pdfs.

little did i know that you have to pick something which is a problem you face plus people are are already paying for it.

My north star

  • -ship tiny products with basically just one feature
  • -goal : build a 100 products and double down on the ones that hit PMF
  • -share everything on x
  • -quit before burnout
